Located approximately eight miles south of Myrtle Beach, One Ocean Place in beautiful Garden City Beach, South Carolina is an oceanfront condominium complex comprised of privately-owned two and three-bedroom units. Each fully-furnished vacation rental includes a fully-equipped kitchen complete with a microwave and dishwasher, as well as a spacious living room, private oceanfront balcony, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, and linens. Other amenities vary per unit, however the complex itself includes two oceanfront swimming pools and hot tubs, elevators, and covered parking (6'-7'3") clearance. ONE OCEAN PLACE FEATURES AND FLOORPLANS

All One Ocean Place units feature a private oceanfront balcony, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher, central heat and air conditioning, washer and dryer, color cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Complex amenities include oceanfront outdoor swimming pools and hot tubs, as well as elevators. All linens and towels are supplied and check-out maid service is included. Limited parking. No trailers. No golf carts. No pets.

LONG-TERM MONTHLY RENTALS

One Ocean Place offers off-season rates for long-term stays of 30 to 180 nights from October 1 through April 1 (properties may vary) and require a one-month stay.

Stays of 90 days or more qualify for tax exemption; you save up to an additional 12% off your visit!

No pets in condo units, but Garden City Realty offers several dog-friendly homes that may consider monthly rentals.
